Spaces will
measure 10 x 10 and are only $50.00
each! Umbrellas, awnings or
other shade devices are strongly recommended.
2007
was a lot of great fun and we have more in store for 2008!
Vendor Booth Rules:
1.
All
sites are pre-designated by the Sandwich Freedom Days Association, Inc. Committee.
2.
Spaces
are set up on the road so staking is not allowed. Please use weights instead.
3.
No
electricity, tables, canopies or other equipment will be provided.
4.
Set-up
may begin at 12:00 p.m. on Friday and all exhibits must be set up before the
start of the show (if you need more time, please contact us).
5.
All
vehicles and trailers need to be removed from the show area at least 30 minutes
before the start of the festival every day.
Parking will be available near the festival on an adjacent street.
6.
For
the safety of our patrons and other vendors, no vehicles will be allowed into
the festival during festival hours.
7.
This
is a rain or shine event. This is a rain
or shine event. Sorry no refunds after
acceptance.
8.
You
are responsible for the pick up of any and all garbage resulting from your
booth. Dumpsters will be made available
for all non-profit vendor trash.
9.
Spaces
will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. If no space is available, you will be placed
on a waiting list.
Checks are to be
made payable to: Sandwich Freedom Days
