How To Help Out At

Sandwich Freedom Days

2009

If your business, group, or organization would like to help with an Event, we will put your name on

the Schedule of Events, which is on our website, plus all printed brochures.

This is a great way to not only spend time helping the Community,

but to also promote your business, group, or organization.

If you are interested in helping with any of the below activities, please send us an email,

or phone Linda Kelleher at (630) 742-8161.  THANKS!

This is only a SMALL SAMPLING of where we need volunteers...

Things We Need

PA system — we had some issues last year with announcing contests, events and general communications.  We would welcome any donation or lending of a three or four speaker amplified PA system. Need not be anything fancy — a microphone, amp and speakers.  Working system preferred, but we would consider a non-working if it might be easily fixable.

Bullhorn — A portable amplified bullhorn for use among the locations downtown.

Overhead lighting — As our planned events go into the evenings, there are booths and areas that need additional lighting to function properly. Self-contained lighting apparatus is choice number one, but we will consider any lighting equipment or ideas on how to accomplish this.
