2008 Sandwich Freedom Days is looking better than ever!  We have many NEW activities planned which will be quite the draw for area Residents!

 

2008 Festival Hours

 

Saturday, July 5th        10:00 a - 11:00 p

Sunday, July 6th  9:00 a - 4:00 p

 

FOOD VENDOR RULES

 

1.     All sites are pre-designated by the Sandwich Freedom Days Assoc., Inc. Committee.

2.     Spaces are set up on the road so staking is not allowed.  Please use weights instead.

3.     No tables, canopies or other equipment will be provided. 

4.     Set-up will begin at 6:30 p.m. on Friday and all vendors must be set up before the start of the show. 

5.     All vehicles and trailers need to be removed from the show area half an hour before the start of each day.  Parking will be available near the show on an adjacent street.

6.     Because the streets will be closed, we are unable to allow vehicles in or out of the area during the festival.  If this poses a problem for you, let us know.

7.     This is a rain or shine event.  No refunds.

8.     You are responsible for the pick up of any and all garbage resulting from your booth.  Dumpsters will be made available for all NON-PROFIT Vendor trash ONLY. 

9.     Spaces will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.  If no space is available, you will be placed on a waiting list.
