10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Spaces will measure
10 x 10 and are only $25.00 each!
Umbrellas, awnings or other shade devices are strongly recommended. The Craft Show/Farmers Market will be located
amongst all Freedom Days Festival events to provide vendors with maximum
exposure. Our parade is also planned for
this Saturday as well! 2007 was a lot of
great fun and we have more in store for 2008!
CRAFT SHOW RULES:
1.
Non-hand-crafted
items will be separated from hand-crafted ones.
2.
All
sites are pre-designated by the Sandwich Freedom Days Committee.
3.
Spaces
are set up on the road so staking is not allowed. Please use weights instead.
4.
No
electricity, tables, canopies or other equipment will be provided.
5.
Set-up
will begin at 7:00 a.m. and all exhibits must be set up before the start of the
show.
6. You
are responsible for the pick up of any and all garbage resulting from your
booth. Dumpsters will be made available
for all non-profit vendor trash.
7. All
vehicles and trailers need to be removed from the show area by 8:30 a.m. Parking will be available near the show on an
adjacent street.
8.
For
the safety of our patrons and other vendors, no one will be allowed to depart
the show earlier than 4:00 p.m. Packing
up early is not appreciated and may result in non-acceptance for future shows.
9.
This
is a rain or shine event. Sorry no
refunds after acceptance.
10.
Spaces
will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. If no space is available, you will be placed
on a waiting list or your check will be returned.
