Thursday July 3rd

1:00 - 4:00 p.m.

KishHealth System Wellness Fair

Offering skin analysis, foot screenings, mini-acupuncture, BMI & body fat testing,

BP checks, & glucose finger sticks!  Get an ambulance tour, Air Angels, games &

educational activities.  This is one event not to miss! 

Located on the North side of the Valley West Community Hospital Campus.

 

6:30 p.m. - Dusk

Baggo Tournament

Don't miss this fun event with prizes awarded to the Winners!

This event is sponsored by the Sandwich Park District and held at Knights Park

 

At Dusk

Movie In The Park

Bring the lawn chairs & blankets for an enchanted evening under the stars. This ever

popular Freedom Days event is sponsored by the Sandwich Park District & follows the

Baggo Tournament at Knights Park

 

The movie is rated PG and stars John Candy & Dan Aykroyd with hilarious antics of what can happen on a summer vacation!

Parade Line Up @ Sandwich Fairgrounds

All entrants will be admitted at the West gate on Suydam Rd only.

You will be issued an entry number at the gate and your numbered

position in the parade will be clearly marked.

The Sandwich Orange Stockings have challenged the Somonauk Blue Stockings

to another match!  Over the July 4th weekend, back in 1876, Somonauk

challenged Sandwich to a game for a $10 purse.  SANDWICH NEVER SHOWED

UP TO PLAY!  In 2006, Sandwich played AND prevailed over Somonauk! 

 In 2007 these teams played together again...Sandwich Won!  Now for a 3rd year, playing to 1860 regulations, witness this major milestone as the

Sandwich Orange Stockings compete for a 3rd straight WIN!
