Spaces measure 10’x10’ and umbrellas, awnings or other shade devices are strongly recommended. 2008 was a lot of great fun and we have more in store for 2009!
RULES:
1. All sites are pre-designated by Sandwich Freedom Days Assoc, Inc.
2. Spaces are set up on the street so staking is not allowed. Please use weights instead.
3. No electricity, tables, canopies or other equipment will be provided.
4. Set-up may begin at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday and all exhibits must be set up before the start of the show (if you need more time, please contact us).
5. All vehicles and trailers need to be removed from the show area at least 30 minutes before the start of the festival every day. Parking will be available near the festival on an adjacent street.
6. Per Insurance Regulations, NO VEHICLES will be allowed into the festival during festival hours.
7. This is a rain or shine event.
8. You are responsible for the pick up of any and all garbage resulting from your booth. Dumpsters will be made available for all trash.
9. For safety reasons, the selling of silly string, pop/snap bombs, sparklers or any related items will result in removal from the festival
Your completed registration form received by Sandwich Freedom Days, confirms your registration and is offered on a “first come first serve” basis. Submit EARLY to reserve your space!
